The event happened on WED JULY 23, 7-9 PM.

WHAT V.I.P. Preview and Presentation of Cantocore Art Exhibition Plan, Artists and Artwork along with Private live concert by traditional Chinese musician Ma Jie and electronic musician Christopher Willits with served wine, hors d’œuvre, great conversation and networking.

This concert brought together Jie Ma, a Chinese, traditional ruan and pipa player, and Christopher Willits, an electronic musician using custom-built software to redefine the guitar in the digital age. This concert embodied our mission to bridge cultures and explore new collaborations.

This event is not to be missed and your support is greatly appreciated. All event proceeds went to the production of art for the exhibition and to exhibition costs. Supporter’s names will be honored in the final exhibition catalogue and on this website.

Please RSVP by end of the business day, Monday July 23. Event tickets are $50 per person. Wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served during the event. Also, ticket price may be put towards the purchase of limited edition prints of artwork from the exhibition.

Cantocore: Free On Board (SF)

The second major exhibition in the Cantocore line that follows the premiere exhibition in Guangzhou (CAN), China showcasing an international cast of artists and producers from both China and the US.
